Accommodating up to 20 players simultaneously, enjoy access to all game libraries, with on-site professional staff ensuring an unforgettable event. Included is setup and travel within our service radius, with additional hours available for just $125 per hour or $75 per half hour. Whether it’s a birthday party, corporate event, or tailgating, we’ve got your gaming needs covered in style!
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Agreement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or rescheduling. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice based on availability. Only one reschedule per booking is permitted. Cancellations within 48 hours result in loss of all payments. 3. Equipment & Property Responsibility Clients must ensure all guests treat equipment with care. Any damage due to misuse or negligence will result in repair or replacement charges. Children must be supervised at all times. 4. Safety Rules No food or drinks inside the trailer. No roughhousing or unsafe behavior. All guests must follow staff instructions. 5. Liability Waiver I Got Next Mobile Gaming Experience is not liable for injuries resulting from horseplay, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions. Clients assume full responsibility and agree to hold harmless the company and its staff. 6. Weather Policy Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of I Got Next. 7. Agreement Acknowledgment By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
